Yunseo Song

Cello

Born in 2000 in South Korea, Yoonseo Song is a graduate of the Yewon school. She then continued her studies in France at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Boulogne-Billancourt, where she obtained her DEM and COP diplomas in the class of Xavier Gagnepain and Michel Strauss.

She subsequently joined the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree, and is currently pursuing a Master's in François Salque's class.

She has been invited to perform as a soloist with the Oltenia Orchestra in Romania and has participated in numerous concerts, including a chamber music recital at the Boulogne City Hall, a commemorative concert for the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall at the German Cultural Center, and at the Emirates International Peace Music Festival in Dubai as a guest soloist.

Laureate of several national and international competitions, including the Mozart International Competition, the Music Chunchu Competition, the Music Journal Competition, and the Seongjeong Competition, she has won several first prizes and distinctions.
