Karla Bazi

A pianist passionate about romantic and modern repertoires, Karla Bazi is currently studying at the Haute école de Musique de Lausanne with Marc Pantillon, having previously worked with Teo Gheorghiu and Igor Tchetuev.

Trained at the Conservatoire of Aix-en-Provence, she explores repertoires ranging from early music to jazz with curiosity. Her strong interest in Johannes Brahms led her to deepen the orchestral dimension of the piano during masterclasses with David Fray, Roustem Saïtkoulov, and Bernard D'Ascoli.

Distinguished by her creativity as a multidisciplinary artist, Karla loves weaving connections between music, fashion design, and the visual arts. She is the creator of projects supported by the Migros cultural percentage such as MOMENTARIUM, a project mingling music, sewing and photography presented in Fribourg at the Centre le phénix in 2025.
